1. Think about all the fun I will have with my new LJ, aka Captain's Log (someone else already has Captain's Blog... well, Captain's Log is taken too).
2. Enjoy the sound of Skywalker reading in bed.
3. Remember that, oh shit, we've almost been dating for a year, which I think means I need to get him a present, which I would like to be a light sabre (and I am not kidding, but please mock freely), but I have to order that, um, 2 weeks ago.
4. Put stressing about that on the list for tomorrow.
5. Go to bed, because the moving guy who so far doesn't seem to get the concept of "other stuff going on in my life", who said he will call at 10, is probably going to call at 9 and be outside the door at 9:50.
6. Scratch. I killed a HUGE and FAST spider in here today, and I imagine it has a nest of babies somewhere. ick ick ick.
7. Put out good vibes to the Universe -- knowing I won't be angry and incompetant-feeling forever. But that's a list for another time.
8. Restock chocolate drawer at work, to tide self over in times of aforementioned stress.
9. End on a positive note.

2- a year of dating demands the purchasing of trinkets and baubles? may i suggest a nice dinner. healthy food can be put to far better use.
3-please don't kill spiders, or you'll end up with insect problems. you know what they say: kill a spider, hatch a fly nest. (actually I say this)

I just want you to know
1. That I'm not being neglectful... well maybe a little... I replied to this right away but my computer was offline or something equally dumb, so it went away. And then so did I.2. We are a bit gifty. And it's silly, but I don't want to be presented with something great and be empty handed. I think we are both distracted by THE MOVE, so that works in my favour.
3. It was really big. And headed for my earrings. It had to go.

Ooooh I love your lists!Perhaps you could wrap yourself in something glowy and proclaim that you are Skywalker's "Light Sabre of Loooooooove" for the anniversary gift. It could work, no? ;)
